R421a (Choice) Refrigerant, 36 oz. Drop-In Replacement R22
Top hose connection: 1/4" male flare with internal valve core.
No taper is needed to access the refrigerant as long as you use a hose that has a valve core depressor built-in to the connection end, some do and some don't!
If your hose does not, then we recommend you add a SF5050 valve to your cart.
The SF5050 will allow you better control of the refrigerant distribution out of the cylinder.
R421A is a non-ozone-depleting, two-component hydrofluorocarbon (HFC) refrigerant designed as a drop-in replacement for R22.
