(1) 10 oz. Can, R416a also know as "FRIGC" or "FR-12", Refrigerant, HCFC-124
(1) K28, Top-Mount, Screw-On, can taper with "Check & Charge-It" Gauge, the hose connection is 1/4" male Flare which is standard in the industry.
R416a or FRIGIC is the USA Military Approved R12 Alternate in aircraft and ground vehicles/equipment.
The can is the new "Self-Sealing" Can as required by the EPA.
This can has the new "self-sealing" top connection and requires a K28 Can Taper to access the gas which is included in this listing.

FR-12
FRIGC FR-12 Refrigerant
An innovative and patented blend of affordable refrigerants, FRIGC FR-12 matches R-12’s coolant profile for excellent performance with FR-12 A/C systems.
It solves the high-side condenser pressure problems observed with R-134a, for greater reliability in warm & humid climates.
Because it doesn’t strain the A/C system, FRIGC FR-12 protects the life of this equipment, for potential maintenance savings.

Non-flammable HOW SIMILAR IS IT TO FREE ZONE?
A lot!
FR-12 performs very close to R-12 or Free Zone in cooling your cab on hot days.
It doesn’t fractionate.
It’s not flammable.
It won’t destroy shaft seals.
It doesn’t require a system flush to change to FR-12. It’s lighter than R-12, so you use 10% to 30% less, further reducing your cost.
Lower pressures cut down system leaks.
Lengthens compressor, clutch, belt, and drive pulley life.
The only real difference?
With FR-12 you need to add 2 ounces of ester oil to an R-12 system if the system was completely empty due to a leak.
This is to help maintain lubrication to the compressor.
No additional oil is needed when added to an R-134a system.
Plus, FR-12 does not overcharge as easily as Free Zone - you have more leeway.
