Good for systems that are 12,500 to 60,000 BTU's or (1.5 Ton to 5 Ton) 
1 ton=1200 Btu's
5-ton=60,000 Btu's
Top hose connection on the cylinder is 1/4" male flare and includes an internal valve core for self-sealing of the cylinder.
You do not need a can taper for this cylinder as long as the hose you use has a valve core depressor in its end.
We would recommend a part# SF5050 for better refrigerant distribution and control.
  • Our system sealer-Leak stop forms a hard seal on metal, Schrader valves, O-rings, gaskets, a/c condensers, evaporators, line sets and solder joints
  • It repairs minor leaks in home, heat pump, large auto, and industrial applications
  • One 28 oz. cylinder will normally repair a leak in systems up from 1.5 to 5 ton. 
  • Our Dye Charge is fully compatible with mineral, ester and PAG (Polyalkylene Glycol) lubricants.

  • Highly concentrated dye (fluorescent yellow)
  • In some cases, you can see the dye with the naked eye.
  • The dye works best with the use of a black light and UV glasses.
