- Should be used in all systems where you suspect moisture has entered the system.
If the compressor has been running in a vacuum, and if the leak was on the low side of the system, this means you were drawing outside air in that contains moisture and other contaminants which will cause system problems like restrictions and corrosion even if new fresh regular refrigerant is used.
You must remove and neutralize the moisture and acid from contaminants!
