Any hose that has a valve core depressor can be used to access the refrigerant directly from the cylinder.

R-480A (also known commercially as RS-20 or CR-480A) is a non-flammable, low-GWP (Global Warming Potential) refrigerant blend engineered as a drop-in replacement for R134a and select medium/high temperature applications.
R480A is a nonflammable A1 refrigerant blend developed as a lower-GWP alternative for R134a-class applications. Published retrofit documentation for RS-20 identifies the composition as 5% CO₂, 86% HFO-1234ze and 9% HFC-227ea. Its combination of GWP 291 and A1 classification makes it especially interesting for retrofit discussions where sub-300 and nonflammability are both valuable.
